- You will join the Sales and Marketing office with Barbara, Victoria, Franco and Nicolas;
- You will work closely with Franco Provenzano, Project Manager since 2015 and known for his sense of detail
- You will report directly to the CEO, Nicolas Marinus
Function
As an Inside Sales, you will play an internal role, assisting sales staff with administrative tasks and with commercial contacts. You will be the first commercial contact and you will provide essential administrative support to our sales team.
Your main tasks will be very varied and may grow according to your proactivity:
- Assistance and sales support for the existing team ;
- Filling in sales quotations in Odoo;
- Encoding, checking and validating customer details when creating a ‘Contact’ form;
- Picking up the phone and transfer of incoming calls;
- Welcoming visitors ;
- Organizing customer visits and sales trips.
Profile
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written), with a good knowledge in French (company language)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Able to work alone, rigorous, with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities, meticulous, service-minded
- Able to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work on time
- Professional appereance and presentation
- Enthusiastic, with a logical mind and a strong capacity for initiative
- Passionate about the luxury decoration and interior architecture sector.
